Bille and Brie is experienced in providing catering services for Weddings, Exhibitions, Themed tables, Grazing tables, Government and Corporate functions. Our specialties combine creative, innovative tables and platters sourced from the best produce Tasmania and Australia has to offer which also include Finger foods, Salads and Hot dishes.
We also cater for organic, gluten free, vegan, vegetarian and all seafood palettes. Bille and Brie excels in delivering a great customer experience while maintaining high standards, sourcing local ingredients along with sustainably and responsibly resourcing poultry, meat and seafood. Every event is different and no two cravings are the same! We know that very well and make sure we customise every dish on the table to deliver our client’s requirements, exceeding their expectations, We serve from 5 to 500+ guests and have successfully organised many functions from dinner parties to corporate functions.

About Sharon...
Sharon Stegeman, owner and founder of Bille & Brie Catering has had extensive experience in the local Hobart food industry.
She realised that her knack for ‘food art’ and the creativity she can bring whilst creating amazing dishes sourced from fresh, lush and obscenely decedent produce was something special that she could offer the Greater Hobart Community and so Bille & Brie Catering was born.
She creates amazing grazing tables from fresh, lush and obscenely decedent produce including a selection of Australian and International cheeses…always the best.
Sharon has an extensive styling background and will style your table with beautiful flowers, fruits and vegetables, almost anything that would suit your criteria. Big & Bold artichokes with lots of greenery from the garden or bright and beautiful flowers…the styling possibilities are endless.

We know that Tasmanians are used to a superior quality of food, wine, water and air – we serve the best. Sharon, owner of Bille and Brie has perfectly created a range of unique menu options which are innovative in taste and emphasise getting the best out of each ingredient. She respect’s every individual’s taste buds and all her recipes and custom platters have a special magical and creative touch that you won’t find with most standard catering companies. She lifts food to another level.
